New Era of Agility

The New Era of Agility is a global business strategy that has transformed the way Maserati and the entire Stellantis Group work, with the aim of promoting a flexible working environment in support of the well-being of the Maserati Family.

A process developed in several stages over the months at the Modena and worldwide sites, where the work areas have been reorganized to facilitate coworking.

Dedicated spaces are now available to be shared between teams, with a view to more integrated and effective collaboration between colleagues.

HEAD OF BRAND EXTENSION, LICENSING & PARTNERSHIPS

As Head of Brand Extension, Licensing & Partnerships, adopting smart remote work through the New Era of Agility Project has transformed my work experience. It has simplified decision-making and boosted my role as a sustainability advocate. Navigating the evolution of work dynamics with pragmatism has been both rewarding and insightful, highlighting the necessity of adopting to changing landscapes while maintaining a focus on concrete objectives.  These are the things I believe in, and my company supports me in continuing to believe in them. Isn’t that amazing?

Senior Research Manager

As a Senior Research Manager, the New Era of Agility let me return to Verona, my hometown, aligning life choices with changing times. With responsibility, flexibility, and trust, I’ve found greater efficiency and balance. It’s not just a project; it’s a transformative journey toward responsible resource and time management, where every moment really counts.

Service Contracts Responsible

Transitioning to remote work has been a positive change for me. Implementing one-to-one meetings and team alignments helps address questions that arise during work. Remote work facilitates interactions with individuals not typically part of the team. I love this New Era of Agility: having young children, I optimize my schedule by dedicating time for childcare responsibilities, with flexibility in balancing work and personal life.

Mobility Services Manager

Thanks to the New Era of Agility, the flexibility to go to the office only when necessary has given me an extra hour of life each day. Living 10km from the office, I save 40min of commute time, which has been a significant stress reliever. The new way of working is liberating; it allows me to balance work with personal activities like playing tennis, all while reducing unnecessary paperwork, which is environmentally friendly and I love that!

Global Brand Identity & Content Creation

I’ve embraced the New Era of Agility with great enthusiasm! The immediate changes in time management, like fitting in gym sessions and evenings out, have been great. Working remotely can be isolating, so I appreciate going to the office 2-3 times a week. Reducing commutes means more physical activity: that’s why I bike to work now instead of driving. The biggest challenge is managing tasks independently without daily team contact, but it’s also boosted my responsibility and independence.
