Background

ALTAWKILAT Premium is one of the largest automotive companies with over 70 years of experience in serving customers in Saudi Arabia. It is part of Tawad Holding that has business interest in automotive retailing, car rental and leasing, consumer finance, real estate, power generation, heavy duty construction equipment and auto ancillaries.

Founding fathers of the company recognized trust, integrity and commitment as core values that define the philosophy of our service to customer. These values helped sustain growth in its business from a small beginning with 5 branches to over 28 branches across all regions of Saudi Arabia.

Human Capital

ALTAWKILAT Premium employs over 1800 staff with a special focus on Saudization. Specialized training programs such as I-CARE are implemented to maintain a high degree of customer care. A centralized customer engagement center (CEC) manned by 100% Saudi staff manages all inbound and outbound communication using omni channel contact management technologies. CEC team are COPV certified (highest certification for contact center management team). The customer engagement center is ranked by General Motors as one of the top engagement centers in the region.

Network

With its headquarters in Jeddah, ALTAWKILAT Premium has a total of 28 branches in Eastern, Central, Western, and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia. Altawkilat also operates additional 40 service sites to maintain over 9,000 vehicles which are under the operation lease program with various companies such as Aramco, SCECO and government departments.
